 Return and Exchanges

•Because personalized orders take extra time and materials to make, we can not accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
•Sometimes mail may take longer to arrive than anticipated. We ask that you wait a few extra days before asking for a refund due to an item not arriving. Contact us if you have any issues and we will look into it.
•Every once in a while an item may be damaged during shipment. If this is the case, please reach out to us so that we can fix the issue.
•We understand that sometimes a buyer may want to exchange an item. If this is the case, the new, unworn item may be sent back and a new item will be sent. However, postage must be covered by the customer. We ask that the exchange takes place within 7 days.
•If you want a full refund, contact us within 7 days and send back the brand new, unworn item and we will refund your order, minus the cost of postage.
•If you have any other questions about your order, please contact us right away so we can fix it. We want you to be happy about your order, so please let us know if you have any issues so that we can fix the problem to your satisfaction.
