What materials do you use?
We mainly use polymer clay and gold. We also do use other materials such as resin, beads, and tassels (just to name a few) for our earrings, but polymer clay is the base for most of our earrings.
What is polymer clay?
The scientific version explanation of polymer clay is synthetic modeling clay and derives from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) base. The benefits of polymer clay are that it is lightweight and sculptable, which makes it perfect for creating beautiful jewelries. We then bake them to have our final beautiful earrings.
Are your earrings heavy?
No, they are very lightweight. As a result, they are perfect for almost anyone who is sensitive to conventional earrings.
Are your Earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes, we have nickle-free components in all of our earrings. Our earring posts and backs are made of either real 24k, 18k, or 14k gold plated or stainless steel which are safe and hypoallergenic.
Will clay earrings break or tarnish?
We use high-quality components that are durable and won't get rusty or tarnish when cared for properly.
After polymer clay is baked, it can bend without breaking. Many people think that polymer clay are brittle like pottery or ceramic, but they are actually durable and last a long time. With that said, you should treat them with care since it can get scratched by hard materials. Please click here for care tips on your earrings.
Do you restock items?
Yes, we plan on restocking items that have high-demand. Please let us know if there's any particular earrings that you'd love us to restock. Click here to contact us.
Do you take Custom orders?
Absolutely! We love making custom orders and are excited to make something special just for you! For custom orders, please contact us and let us know what you would like.
We can also coat your earrings in UV Resin to make them shiny if preferred.
Custom orders may require a deposit depending on the amount, so please contact us for more details. Before sending your order, we will provide final photographs of your order before you pay the full amount so that you can see the final product. Shipping cost is added to the final payment.
If you decide to cancel the order before you pay the full amount, we will refund 50% of the paid cost. This must take place before the item is shipped.
Due to the effort and material cost that goes into making a custom order, we do not provide refunds or exchanges after the item has been shipped.

Shipping and Return

What is your return policy?
• Because personalized orders take extra time and materials to make, we can not accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sometimes mail may take longer to arrive than anticipated. We ask that you wait a few extra days before asking for a refund due to an item not arriving. Contact us if you have any issues and we will look into it.
• Every once in a while an item may be damaged during shipment. If this is the case, please reach out to us so that we can fix the issue.
•We understand that sometimes a buyer may want to exchange an item. If this is the case, the new, unworn item may be sent back and a new item will be sent. However, postage must be covered by the customer. We ask that the exchange takes place within 7 days.
• If you want a full refund, contact us within 7 days and send back the brand new, unworn item and we will refund your order, minus the cost of postage.
• If you have any other questions about your order, please contact us right away so we can fix it. We want you to be happy about your order, so please let us know if you have any issues so that we can fix the problem to your satisfaction.
